Just go by the waste treatment plant at the back end of the beach instead of the front, the fence is a joke and you can pretty much walk along the beach without any problems, I didn't realize it was closed.
lol I see there like all the time people. Pets must be secured on leashes or under positive control when outside except on fenced patios and yards. Pets may not be tethered or left unattended in any yard or unfenced yard, or roam freely outside the fenced yard.
D. Pet owners must maintain current vaccinations for all pets. If I remember correctly, they should close it sometime in mid-October and reopen in January. 31. But they didn't close it until early December. It may be a few weeks before it's open again but now there are signs everywhere saying no pets for protected bird species.

What the hell! This used to be the best dog beach on Oahu and now they say it's not a dog beach. Who are we to complain about the beach? Lame species protected by the government.
